The Khalistan Conspiracy" is a revealing non-fiction book written by G.B.S. Sidhu, a former RAW (Research and Analysis Wing) officer of India.

In this book, Sidhu provides an insider’s account of how the Khalistan movement — the separatist campaign for an independent Sikh state — was not just a spontaneous uprising, but was deliberately manipulated and prolonged by certain elements within the Indian government during the 1980s for political gains.

He claims that the movement could have been peacefully resolved much earlier, but it was allowed — and even encouraged — to spiral out of control, ultimately leading to Operation Blue Star, Indira Gandhi’s assassination, and the 1984 anti-Sikh riots.
