We currently offer shipping across all major cities and towns in India. International shipping is not available at the moment.

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

We partner with trusted courier services such as Delhivery, DTDC, India Post, and others to ensure timely delivery.

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above โ‚น499.

  • For orders below โ‚น499, a flat shipping charge of โ‚น49 is applicable.

  • COD (Cash on Delivery), if available, may include additional service charges.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking ID and courier details. You can track your order directly on the courierโ€™s website or through our Order Tracking Page.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver on time, certain factors like bad weather, courier delays, or regional holidays may affect delivery. If your order is delayed beyond 10 days, please contact our support.

โŒ Non-Delivery / Returned Packages

If an order is undelivered due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or customer unavailability:

  • The package will be returned to us.

  • A re-shipping fee may be charged if you request re-dispatch.

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order by contacting us.

  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
